Born in Merate, a small town close to Como in Italy, attends to culinary school in Milano, trained with some of the best Italian and French chef, becomes an executive chef when only 21 short of one year after he becomes the youngest chef in Italy to get a Michelin Star.
Some time after that, he moves his dream and his love for good cuisine traditions to Bonaire.
