Amazonia Churrascaria, an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse with a modern twist features friendly Brazilian gauchos carrying 3-foot long skewers stacked with a variety of grilled meats, to be carved tableside. The Restaurant was the first one of its kind, when it opened in 2000, and is still very popular with locals as well as visitors.
Dining options include both indoor and outdoor seating. One can be surrounded by beautiful local art and colorful flowers, or dine Al Fresco on our breezy, wrap-around porch. Dinner at Amazonia is a celebration of love for life, food and fun. The festive atmosphere of Brazil abounds. Amazonia offers the Rodizio style of dining. This way of grilling preserves the natural flavors and juices of the meat. Diners can also visit the 50 item seasonal salad bar as often as they would like. Guests enjoy the selection of more than 16 cuts of Rodizio charcoal-grilled meats , as well as hot Brazilian side dishes.
