Located on a private, six-acre island, Parrot Perch and South Cottage are only a three-min boat ride from Hope Town across the sheltered waters of Abaco Sound. Each cottage has one bedroom and a kitchen that opens onto a covered patio in a lush, tropical setting. Rates include all utilities, linens, kitchen equipment, picnic gear and a 17-ft Boston Whaler boat. A 21-ft Boston Whaler and a 20-ft and 23-ft Albury are available for an additional charge.
