Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Peace n’ Rice consists of two child-friendly beachfront apartments with air conditioning, ceiling fans, sofa beds in the living rooms, a covered wraparound porch, an outside beach shower, new landscaping and a new private deck leading to the beach. The upstairs apartment has a master bdrm with king-sized bed and ensuite bath, a guest room with adjacent half bath, kitchen/living area overlooking the ocean, TV, VCR, and DVD and CD players. The downstairs apartment has a master bdrm with king-sized bed and an adjacent full bath. The units are accessible to each other by outside stairs and within walking distance of Sea Spray Marina, restaurant and bar.
