DESCRIPTION:
Set right on the beach in Leverick Bay, Coffee and Tea are two one-bdrm, one-bath, beachfront cottages. Each features spectacular ocean views, a sundeck and porch with patio furniture, kitchen, dining area and daily maid service (except Sun and bank holidays). The bdrms each contain a king-sized bed. A short walk leads to restaurants, nightlife, shopping, tennis courts and the Leverick Bay Resort and Marina with its restaurant, watersports, laundromat, spa, shops, pool and tennis court.

POLICIES:
Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15-Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
NEAREST AIRPORT: Terrance B Lettsome International Airport (EIS) on Beef Island, which is at the eastern end of Tortola, and then a five-min flight to the Virgin Gorda airport (VIJ) or a ferry ride to the Virgin Gorda ferry terminal in Spanish Town, The Valley
