DESCRIPTION:
Located in Mahoe Bay, Cool Runnings is a three-bdrm, three-bath hillside villa. It features a large sundeck and swimming pool overlooking the bay, lush tropical gardens, covered verandah overlooking the Sir Francis Drake Channel, numerous patio areas on different levels, indoor and outdoor dining, a fully-equipped kitchen, wet bar, great room with cathedral ceilings, entertainment center and daily maid service (except Sun and bank holidays). All bdrms have air conditioning and ensuite baths. The master suite, housed in a separate pavilion on the other side of the pool, opens onto its own covered patio and has a king-sized bed and ensuite bath with glass-walled outdoor shower. The other bdrms, including one with its own seaside patio, contain a queen-sized and twin beds. A hundred yards down a path leads to the tennis court and the beach at Mahoe Bay.

POLICIES:
Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15-Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
NEAREST AIRPORT: Terrance B Lettsome International Airport (EIS) on Beef Island, which is at the eastern end of Tortola, and then a five-min flight to the Virgin Gorda airport (VIJ) or a ferry ride to the Virgin Gorda ferry terminal in Spanish Town, The Valley
