DESCRIPTION:
Located in Leverick Bay, Saba Wind is a four-bdrm, three-bath, hillside villa with amazing views over North Sound and the surrounding islands of Prickly Pear and Mosquito. It features a sundeck with a swimming pool, wraparound balcony and patio, outdoor dining, a fully equipped kitchen, large living and dining area opening onto the pool deck and daily maid service (except Sun and bank holidays). All bdrms have ocean views, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Two have ensuite baths and two share a bath. Two beaches, shopping, restaurants, tennis and watersports facilities are located within a five-min stroll.

POLICIES:
Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15-Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
