Located right on the beach at Mahoe Bay, Sandcastle is a five-bdrm, 5.5-bath villa overlooking the Sir Francis Drake Channel. It features a sandy beach, beachfront patio with a 40 ft freshwater swimming pool, Jacuzzi nestled into a tropical garden, covered verandah with lounge and dining furnishings, outside icemaker and drinks bar, tennis court, air conditioning, fully-equipped kitchen with a center island wet bar, powder room, spacious great room overlooking the pool and beach, formal dining area, two living areas, satellite TV, VCR, CD/cassette stereo, books, games, gas grill and daily maid service (except Sun and bank holidays).

POLICIES:
Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15�Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
