DESCRIPTION:
Perched 50 ft above Leverick Bay, Spyglass Villa is a three-bdrm, three-bath villa with a 225-degree view of the islands surrounding the North Sound. Recently constructed, it features a sundeck with a swimming pool overlooking the water, panoramic terrace, covered patio, outdoor dining, air conditioning, gourmet kitchen, natural stone wet bar, spacious great room with living and dining areas, cable TV, CD stereo, propane barbecue and daily maid service (except Sun and bank holidays). All bdrms have an ensuite bath. The main level has two master bdrms. One overlooks the east side of North Sound from its covered patio and has a king-sized bed, desk and chair. A third bdrm is located in a separate apartment on the lower level. It has its own private entrance, a kitchen, living area and a private deck with great views. A private beach is located a one-min walk away and the Leverick Bay Resort and Marina, with its restaurant, beach, watersports, laundromat, spa, shops, pool and tennis court, is a three-min walk away.

POLICIES:
Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15�Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
