DESCRIPTION:
Located in Leverick Bay, Ta-Pocketa is a two-bdrm, two-bath villa overlooking lush tropical gardens, Leverick Bay beach and the North Sound. It features a sundeck with a swimming pool, garden patio dining area with a barbecue, sunroom with dining table overlooking the pool and the North Sound, cooling trade winds, fully-equipped kitchen, stone bar, cathedral ceilings, great room overlooking the sea, entertainment centre and daily maid service (except Sun and bank holidays). The two bdrms are located in opposite wings of the villa. The master bdrm features views of the gardens and the North Sound and has a king-sized bed and ensuite bath with a spacious glass-block shower. The second bdrm has two twin beds, which can be combined to form a king-sized bed. A study has cable TV, a desk and futon to sleep a fifth guest. A few steps down a path lead to the beach. A few mins stroll away, guests are welcome to use the amenities at the Leverick Bay Resort and Marina, including restaurant, beach, watersports, laundromat, spa, shops, pool and tennis court.

POLICIES:
Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15�Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
NEAREST AIRPORT: Terrance B Lettsome International Airport (EIS) on Beef Island, which is at the eastern end of Tortola, and then a five-min flight to the Virgin Gorda airport (VIJ) or a ferry ride to the Virgin Gorda ferry terminal in Spanish Town, The Valley
