DESCRIPTION:
Overlooking the magnificent long, white-sand beach of Mahoe Bay, Villa Valmarc is a four-bdrm, four-bath hillside villa. It features a large sundeck and swimming pool with views over Drakes Channel and the surrounding islands, covered patio with furnishings, air conditioning, open plan kitchen/dining/living area and daily maid service (except Sun and bank holidays). All bdrms have an ensuite bath. The master bdrm has a king-sized bed and a second bdrm has two twin beds. The second building contains an efficiency apartment on one level with a king-sized bed, kitchenette, bath and covered balcony, and below a fourth bdrm with two twin beds, bath and a separate entrance. The beach is located 150 yards away. The Leverick Bay Resort and Marina with its restaurant, beach, watersports, laundromat, spa, shops, pool and tennis court is a 15-min drive away.

POLICIES:
Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15�Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
