DESCRIPTION:
Serenely set into the hillside above the North Sound, Vista del Mare is a luxurious, completely private two-bdrm, two-bath villa with expansive vistas and dramatic sunsets. It features a large sundeck with a swimming pool overlooking the water, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, spacious living/dining area and daily maid service (except Sun and bank holidays). The two bdrms each have a covered patio and ensuite bath, and are separated from each other by the pool and sundeck. Guests are welcome to use the beach and tennis facilities at the Leverick Bay Resort and Marina, just a five-min drive away.

POLICIES:
Rates are pro-rated to a seven-night stay and include a 7% government tax and 12% service fee. Premium rates may apply during Christmas, Thanksgiving and holidays. Reduced rates may be available for using less bdrms. The min booking period in the summer is five nights and in the winter, seven nights, however, during Christmas (Dec 15�Jan 4) and holidays the min booking period is 10 nights.
