Room type #2: Seaside Family Cottage (2 Rooms)
Room description #2: King bed and 2 twins in trundle bed. Compartment bathroom with sliding door on shower area large enough to get dressed in, back door into shower to wash coming from beach/sea. Optional air conditioning. Snorkeling dock out front of these rooms.
Room type #3: Set Back Off The Sea Cottage (4 Rooms)
Room description #3: Choice of 2 twins or 1 king bed with 300 count sheets. Round table with 2 chairs, good lighting by beds. Baths have corner showers, all rooms garden view. All AC.
Room type #4: Single Room, Set Back Off The Sea Cottage (1 Room)
Room description #4: Large shower, king bed, 300 count sheets, table and chairs, air conditioned.
Features and activities description: Large 42' Newton Dive boat, easy entry/exit. We put as many guides in the water, to make sure everyone has a great dive. 3 gourmet meals daily with homemade breads and desserts done daily, and excellent wines served with dinner. House party with champagne and sushi every Friday night, weekly diving bloody Bay Marine Park all times weather allows, great relaxing in hammocks under thatched palapas, beach loungers around 48,000 gallon fresh water pool. 10 person hot tub. Games and TV after dinner. Free internet. You can have privacy or mix with the group of guests. 80% repeat clientele.
Local area information and attractions description: Bikes to ride to National Trust house home to Unesco designated Ramsar Sanctuary for red footed boobies and frigates and other native birds, iguana and birds nearby with observation platforms. Hiking trails in interior for flora and fauna. Excellent snorkeling inside the fringe reef behind the resort.
Meeting and events descriptions: Outdoor tables for meetings under the seagrape trees.
