Cambridge Beaches is set on a private, 30-acre peninsula at Bermuda's western end. The property houses 94 spacious Bermuda-style cottages. For romantic travelers, Cambridge Beaches offers a delightfully private ambiance. With sparkling, turquoise-and-deep-blue waters on three sides, the resort has four private, white-sand beaches. Among the on-site services and amenities: an award-winning spa, three restaurants, bar, nature preserve, private marina, boutique shop, bath butler, and beachfront infinity pool with secluded tiered decks for tanning and quiet moments. Winter guests enjoy fine dining indoors as well as private candlelight dinners on the beach or in Cambridge Beaches' Main House, spectacular Bermuda sunsets, golf, bicycle and moped rentals on property, segway tours of nearby historic towns, horseback riding through the surf and long walks in the resort's hidden labyrinth and picturesque Seaview Gardens.

Each cottage room and suite features a different decor, from traditional to contemporary, to accommodate guests of all tastes. All rooms have a sitting area with a comfy couch and chairs or a separate living room as well as a private terrace or patio offering jaw-dropping views of lush gardens or the Atlantic Ocean. Marble bathrooms house oversized showers and deep soaking tubs. In-room amenities include high-speed Internet access and Gilchrist & Soames bath amenities. Situated on a bluff, three new luxury pool suites have a sensuous vibe, with plush furnishings, spa bath with whirlpool tub, Bose iPod-docking stereo and private terrace with infinity plunge pool offering breathtaking ocean views.

With its European-style treatments, the Ocean Spa at Cambridge Beaches is recognized as the Caribbean's and Bermuda's "Most Excellent Spa" by Conde Nast Johansen Worldwide Luxury Travel Guide. The 10,000 square-foot spa has a fitness center, indoor pool with sunroof, Aroma Steam Room, Herbal Sauna and innovative Crystal Mist Room for therapeutic cooling. From soothing body treatments to refreshing aromatherapy, guests are pampered with an array of natural treatments in private treatment rooms, including a new couples suite.

Culinary enthusiasts enjoy complimentary afternoon Tea Time daily in the historic main house. There are sumptuous breakfasts and fine dining in the Tamarisk Room, rated by Food & Wine Magazine as one of Bermuda's best places to dine. Here, guests savor soft bay breezes and global-inspired Bermuda cuisine with fresh produce and seafood from local farmers and purveyors. The exclusive Chef's Table features a five-course meal prepared by Cambridge Beaches' five-star chef. For more casual fare, Shutters serves up lunch and dinner poolside with views of picturesque Mangrove Bay.

Bermuda is 1,000 miles north of its Caribbean cousins, making it easily accessible from major East Coast cities. The island boasts a year-round semi-tropical climate. In the winter, days are typically sunny with average temperatures ranging 67 - 70 degrees Fahrenheit and balmy ocean breezes.
